What about when the payment is due ?
Do I have to pay the whole amount on the due date or just the minimum amount which is $25 till I pay it off ?

You have to pay at least the minimum amount by the due date to keep the account in good standing and avoid late fees and negative marks on your credit. You don't have to pay more than the minimum, but it is certainly in your best interest to do so. Credit One has very high interest rates and you're going to want to always keep your account as close to $0 as possible to limit the interest you pay.

I very much agree with grillandwinemaster: put one small monthly charge on the card just to show usage and then pay it off in full immediately. Like if it is a recurring Netflix subscription or something and it posts on the 4th, pay that thing off in full on the 5th, regardless of due date! Then just let it sit until next month and repeat the process.

With regular credit cards making charges and then PIFing by the due date doesn't cost you anything extra, and you may even get rewards. Not so with Credit One; everything you charge winds up costing you more money than if you'd paid cash/debit, so you want to minimize that as much as possible.
