I've always thought t funny how Co allowed ppl to upgrade Plats to QS in the 1st
Plat to QS1 makes sense b/c their supposedly the same tier but not allow what seems like a tier jump
60 days after you rated a file as a lower level file always seemed odd to me
Especially seeing how, it appears Plat card holders were jumping over 'better' qualified QS1 members,
always stuck me as odd
