Happy one month to you and me. Last account added, score starting to trickle back up. Now, thinking whether it's better to rent for rest of life, or buy USDA for rest of life. 
. Can probably qualify using direct for 168k to 240k mortgage (high end is luck). Would be kinda nice, though I still do not know how the subsidy works when you pay off the house, and can you pay it early? Definitely have to go outside of Seattle for this, but do not want Arizona. Wonder about the port cities, cell coverage, and cable? I still work from home.
