Are there any credit cards (whether general or stores cards) that report the action of an authorized user listed on the card? I was told that being added as an authorized user on a family member's card...

If the specific lender asks for the AUs ssn then it should report. If they don't ssk for ssn it will likely report if the cardholder and the AU have an address in common
